Where’s A Good Place To Get Glass/Titanium Tapers or Jewelry For Stretched Ears?

I plan on going from 18 gauge ears to 16, but I read some information and it says until it’s all healed I should only use glass on titanium. Where can I get 16 gauge glass or titanium earrings and tapers? Any other information on ear stretching would be welcome as well

well where i live they actually sell things like that in some gothic stores or in piercing/tattoo parlors ..u should try those places..
